Yes. Your Connected bracelet is intended to be permanent, but there might be a time when removing it is necessary. The chains are lightweight, so we recommend having someone else carefully cut one link with a pair of scissors. If you wish to have it welded back on later, we are happy to do that for a small $20 fee.

You can clean your bracelet or anklet (and charms) with warm water, a gentle tooth brush and dish soap. This will help remove any dirt and debris that might have built up on your jewelry. You will also receive a polishing cloth with your purchase.

If it breaks off within the first 30 days we will weld it back on for free. After 30 days, regardless of what happened, we can weld it back together for a small $20 fee. While these bracelets are designed to withstand everyday wear, they do have their limits. If your bracelet gets snagged or stuck on something and breaks, put it in a safe place and contact us to schedule a repair. Then bring the chain back in and we’ll repair it for you. Additional charges may apply if the chain is severely damaged or if gemstones need to be replaced. Lost bracelets will not be replaced. We can create a replica of your initial bracelet, however, you would then need to pay full price.

Weeks, months, or years, depending on your lifestyle. While these bracelets are designed to withstand everyday wear, they do have their limits. Certain activities can weaken the chain more than others, and some factors can make it more prone to breakage. Swimming in chlorinated pools regularly would be an example of something that could weaken the chain over time. 

Yes, please. Appointments are required. And let us know if you’re coming in with someone else to get bracelets together, so we can be best prepared before you arrive.

No, fine jewelry is TSA approved and not required to be removed through airport security.

We cannot install Connected bracelets and anklets on anyone with an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implants, or insulin pump.
