With permanent jewelry you select the type of chain you prefer and whether you’d like to add-on any birthstones or diamonds. Then we size it specifically to you and painlessly micro-weld it together right on your wrist or ankle.

You get to custom-select the chain and accessory stones for a completely personalized experience. Be subtle. Be bold. Permanent bracelets and anklets are measured to you, and gently micro-welded together to stay on through life’s moments.
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Appointments are required, so please choose the day and time that works best for you, and let us know whether you will be bringing others with you as well.
2. Choose Your Chain
Choose from a variety of different chains made of paperclip, cable, and other unique style links. All chains are either 14k white gold, 14k yellow gold or sterling silver.
The price depends on the style you choose and the length you need. Starting at $42 for a 6" sterling silver chain, up to $1,350 for a 6" white gold chain with diamonds built into the chain.

3. Personalize It
Personalize your Connected jewelry with a birthstone, or choose a gem that inspires you with its meaning or color. Each gemstone add-on ranges from $80-$160.
Whether you come in with someone else, or on your own, add the gemstones or diamonds that make your bracelets even more personal and meaningful. Consider selecting stones that represent:

4. Get Connected
We’ll measure your wrist or ankle, assemble your chosen personalizations, and gently weld your bracelet around your wrist or ankle.
Jewelry is more than sparkly rocks and shiny metals. It means something. At Jack Lewis, we’re offering Connected permanent jewelry as a fun experience to help you express the value of a truly long-lasting relationship. It’s another way to capture all the reasons why your love means everything. Stay Connected to one another and to your memories with unique permanent jewelry.
It is a lightweight custom bracelet or anklet that has two ends of a chain micro-welded together around your wrist or ankle, so there is no need for a clasp. This means you can’t take it off. It’s intended to stay Connected to you.
Not at all. It is a completely painless process.
Yes. Your Connected bracelet is intended to be permanent, but there might be a time when removing it is necessary. The chains are lightweight, so we recommend having someone else carefully cut one link with a pair of scissors. If you wish to have it welded back on later, we are happy to do that for a small $20 fee.
You can clean your bracelet or anklet (and charms) with warm water, a gentle tooth brush and dish soap. This will help remove any dirt and debris that might have built up on your jewelry. You will also receive a polishing cloth with your purchase.
If it breaks off within the first 30 days we will weld it back on for free. After 30 days, regardless of what happened, we can weld it back together for a small $20 fee. While these bracelets are designed to withstand everyday wear, they do have their limits. If your bracelet gets snagged or stuck on something and breaks, put it in a safe place and contact us to schedule a repair. Then bring the chain back in and we’ll repair it for you. Additional charges may apply if the chain is severely damaged or if gemstones need to be replaced. Lost bracelets will not be replaced. We can create a replica of your initial bracelet, however, you would then need to pay full price.
Weeks, months, or years, depending on your lifestyle. While these bracelets are designed to withstand everyday wear, they do have their limits. Certain activities can weaken the chain more than others, and some factors can make it more prone to breakage. Swimming in chlorinated pools regularly would be an example of something that could weaken the chain over time.
Yes, please. Appointments are required. And let us know if you’re coming in with someone else to get bracelets together, so we can be best prepared before you arrive.
No, fine jewelry is TSA approved and not required to be removed through airport security.
We cannot install Connected bracelets and anklets on anyone with an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implants, or insulin pump.
Yes, all participants must be 10 years or older and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Remember that children are still growing so permanent jewelry might need to be resized as they get older.
